EQUIPMENT
AT THE GITE:
The
gîtes are always fully equipped in kitchen utensils and bedding
is provided for the number of persons reserved. Sheets are not
provided ( unless otherwise stated in the description of the
gîte ) but they are available for rental in certain gîtes. .

INVENTORY:
The
owner or their representative will make an inventory at the beginning
and at the end of the stay. It is important to check everything
together thoroughly if you wish to avoid misunderstandings at the
end of the stay. The cleaning must be done by the person renting
the gîte. On the last day, the owner or their representative will
do an overall check, paying special attention to the bedding, the
bathroom and toilets and the kitchen equipment. If the gîte hasn't
been cleaned, you will be charged extra for the hours needed to
clean it after your departure. .

DEPOSITS - COSTS - PETS:
Deposits:
In the case where a deposit is requested, it will be returned at
the end of the stay, once the gîte has been inspected. If the furniture
is damaged or something has been broken, the owner should be informed.
The owner will deduct a sum of money to cover damages.
Costs:
the costs included in the price are written in the contract. They
usually include cold water, 8kWh of electricity per day and gas
for cooking. Heating is not included in the price.
Pets:
the owner must always be informed of the presence of a pet. The
owner must agree to it beforehand.

TELEPHONE :
Some
gîtes have a telephone which can be used with a special phone card.
You may buy this card prior to your stay with the French telephone
company, France
Télécom.
