Job Responsibilities:
负责客户投诉处理 – handling customer complaint
质量文件、标准和标签的制定、备案；配方审核、(新产品、新工艺和客户要求相关）的评审和跨部门沟通Formulation and filing of quality documents, standards and labels; Formulation review, (new product, new process and customer requirements related) review and cross-functional communication;
第三方审核和检查（农业农村局、审核中心）third-party audit and inspection (Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Audit Center);
非洲猪瘟的防控全面负责 responsible for the prevention and control of ASF
工厂质量培训；其他事项（客户接待、二方审核和协助新原料、新供应商开发、评审）
Factory quality training; Other matters (customer reception, two-party audit and assistance in the development and evaluation of new raw materials and new suppliers).
Requirements:
More than 3 years in feed additives related industry;
Preferably candidates will have a Master degree or above in animal sciences, veterinary medicine, nutrition or related field.
Highly organized, logical and commercial thinking
Good service awareness and communication skills
High MS Office document management and preparation skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Fluent in written English
